Because custom products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or there was an error in the printing process. Please review your digital proof carefully before approving.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We offer many products with no minimums through our digital printing service. However, traditional screen printing typically requires a minimum of 12 pieces per design to keep costs affordable for you.

How should I care for my custom apparel to ensure it lasts?

To preserve the life of your print, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid ironing directly on the printed design.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large organizations?

Yes! We offer tiered pricing models for schools, businesses, and large events. The more you order of a single design, the lower your price per garment will be.
