At Underground Printing, we want you to love your custom apparel, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. We offer easy returns and exchanges on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unworn, unwashed garments in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
